The Marionette, is a Creature made by Artist Trevor Henderson
Was once called as The Hugger, which was what Titor called this creature before Trevor debunked that and confirmed the creature‘s actually name was The Marionette.
So the name “The Hugger” was just a non-canon nickname that was used to refer to this creature till Trevor made an another tweet of this Puppet on Jun 22 2016, with a updated image of The Marionette.

The Marionette depicts a white malnourished humanoid lacking any facial features, hanging from several strings reminiscent of a marionette. The Marionette appears to be constantly under a bright spotlight of unknown origin, presumably from the creature animating The Marinette.

In the 1st tweet made on Aug 12 2011 about The Marionette, the post caption says.

In that tweet, user @vilecorvid comments.
“Then, seemingly from the air, a tune emerges that chills you to the core. "Puttin' On the Ritz" echoes throughout the night. The creature begins to carry out a perfectly choreographed dance routine. You wish you had moves that good.”
Trevor responds to the comment with, “As it finishes its dance moves, it hangs perfectly still, looking in your direction with its featureless face. The spotlight clicks off with a reverberating clunk, and the figure slowly rises into the sky on its strings until it's only a dot in the twilight sky. And it's gone.”

On the 2nd tweet made on Jun 22 2022 about The Marionette. The post caption says “The Marionette”, which is where Trevor finally confirmed the creature’s name.
The only comment he made on the 2nd tweet that gives you more information on this creature was. “I feel like he'll silently lower from the sky while you're alone at the park at 4:00 AM, and then cavort about in some strange dance, before bowing graciously and being pulled back up into the sky, his silhouette disappearing behind a passing jetliner.”
